This form creates a clear planning reference and improves reliability for both parties. No delivery is guaranteed until Ruan BV confirms in writing. After confirmation and arrival, the agreed quantity is placed on a separate reserved stock list/location under the Buyer’s company name and delivered on call-off.

Purpose: a simple, written planning reference (product, quantity, call-off plan, timing). It supports allocation and scheduling, without creating a guaranteed delivery obligation before confirmation.

Lead times: supply partners may require 1–6 months. Timing is confirmed by email and can be adjusted if supply or logistics change.

Planning discipline: the Buyer commits to realistic call-off volumes. Significant deviations may require re-planning and can affect availability.

Disruptions: events outside reasonable control (production/logistics/force majeure) may impact timing or make delivery impossible. Planning may be adjusted or cancelled; we communicate promptly and propose the best available alternative.
